Auld Spells makes psychotropic sounds laced with lush dreampop undertones. Lead singer and guitarist Tommy Danbury, formerly of the Los Angeles bands Lower Heaven and Magic Mirror, heads the Edinburgh-based five piece. The band’s reverb-drenched melodies, influenced by Beach House and Slowdive, brew a luminous tonic for strange times.
